SoftSecure Swing Rail

The Soft Secure Swing Rail has a soft plastic touch, swings up and down for easy egress and ingress and locks securely in place. There are plenty of areas to hold on to for a safe and easy transfer. Securely attaches to all Medacure bed frames (except for the ULB3.9 Floor Bed series).
