Defined perimeter cover for patients that are prone to exiting the bed unassisted or to falling out of bed. Soft foam bolster cushions surround the edge of the bed to promote a safe bed environment, without the need for confining side rails. Bolsters are integrated into the cover with side egress for easy transfer. Secures firmly to surface and can be used with any standard foam and air mattress. Available in 3 widths - 36", 42" and 48" wide.
